A, US based, local car rental business had flourished for years while operating on its conventionally managed system of on call (phone) and on-site bookings. But, during all these years its business had only grown locally, despite great potential for out of city expansion. Recently, the client had been looking to digitise its conventional systems for more operational productivity and rapid expansion.
